An important milestone for the participants of the 13th edition of the Executive Master in Insurance & Finance at MIB Trieste School of Management: the Graduation Day marks the culmination of an intense journey full of challenges, during which professionals in the insurance and finance sectors have consolidated their skills and built new growth opportunities. A special moment to celebrate the commitment, determination, and value of the network that has been created.
This year, we are honored to have with us Alessandro Molinari, CEO and General Manager of ITAS Mutua. His presence is a testament to MIB’s commitment to offering a high-level managerial training program that not only meets the market’s needs but also prepares professionals—often seen as “technicians” from a managerial perspective—by strengthening their personal abilities and leadership skills.
Graduates of the Executive Master in Insurance & Finance, coming from major companies in the sector such as Allianz, Generali Group, BNP Paribas Cardif, Poste Vita Group, ITAS Mutua, Reale Mutua, Zurich Group, and Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni, will have the opportunity to celebrate this significant achievement, after two years of hard work, alongside family, friends, and faculty, recognizing the efforts and dedication that have characterized their journey at MIB.
The ceremony will also serve as an additional networking opportunity, which will continue well beyond graduation, thanks to the activities of the Alumni Association to which the new graduates belong.
The School celebrates the achievement of the new graduates, wishing them success and fulfillment in their personal and professional future.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
ALESSANDRO MOLINARI
CEO & Director General, ITAS Mutua
Born in Trento in 1970, married with two children, he graduated in Economics from the University of Trento with a research thesis on "ultimate cost claim reserves."
He has been with ITAS since 1992 and has held executive positions since 2010 in the finance and accounting sectors.
Formerly President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Fondo Unico Nazionale LTC, in recent years he has also gained experience as a lecturer at the University of Trento. Today, he is the CEO of the ITAS Mutua Group, where he also serves as General Manager.
Additionally, he is a member of the Permanent Commission on Economics and Finance of ANIA.
