The eighth edition of the WOMEN IN BUSINESS series is approaching, traditionally organized by DEAMS of the University of Trieste and AIDDA – Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Executives, in collaboration with MIB Trieste School of Management. This annual event is dedicated to exploring the stories, challenges, and strategies of women entrepreneurs and managers.
This year, the focus is on a sector deeply connected to our region: Wine.
Titled "Being Entrepreneurs in the World of Wine", the event brings together diverse perspectives with outstanding speakers and a Round Table moderated by Giulio Somma, Director of Corriere Vinicolo.
We will seek to answer some key questions:
- Is there a distinctly female approach to doing business and managing a winery?
- Is the gender gap in the wine industry smaller or in line with other sectors?
