Thirty participants celebrated their Graduation from the second edition of the Corporate Master in Finance & Risk Management in a ceremony held in the grand Ferdinandeo Palace, home of the MIB Trieste School of Management.
This Master's program is a managerial training initiative crafted specifically for Marsh, a global insurance brokerage and risk consultancy leader. Boasting a legacy spanning over 150 years, Marsh operates across 130 countries with a dedicated team of over 45,000 professionals.
The partnership with Marsh is dedicated to enhancing the performance of emerging talents within the company, especially within the Sales and Risk domains, by honing their technical expertise and leadership skills.
The ceremony was enriched by the presence of Marco Araldi, President and CEO of Marsh Spa, who emphasized the significance of investing in employee training and fostering new skills and knowledge.
Representing the School during the event were Dean Andrea Tracogna and Federica Seganti, the Master's Director.
Prof. Seganti took a moment to acknowledge the commitment and sacrifice of the 30 graduates, who balanced their demanding roles within the company with their studies: "It's been two years of considerable sacrifice, where you've all shown exceptional commitment and dedication to learning. Yet, the value of this Master's program extends beyond just acquiring knowledge and skills; it has become a significant part of your lives, filled with joys, challenges, and shared experiences with friends and colleagues. This journey has led to personal growth even before professional development, providing you with a deeper understanding of your potential that will serve as a key growth lever for your company."
The Corporate Master in Finance & Risk Management spans 24 months, featuring 400 hours of part-time training across 11 modules. The curriculum covers a broad range of topics from finance and risk management principles to strategic management, HR, customer value marketing, business ethics, and leadership, emphasizing the integration of risk management into corporate strategy.
