How You Can Contribute
There are many ways to give back to the MIB community and support the next generation of students:
- Donate to Fondazione MIB ETS or designate your tax contribution (5x1000): a gesture that makes a real difference at no cost to you, funding scholarships, research projects, and initiatives that develop human capital
- Endow a Scholarship for a talented candidate in one of the School's Master programs
- Become a Mentor to current or recent graduates: share your experience, guide their first steps in the professional world, and open doors through your network
- Offer internship and job opportunities to students and Alumni of the School
- Open your company's doors for educational visits that give students firsthand insight into the business world
- Bring your experience to the classroom: share your professional journey during lectures, Open Days, and program presentations

Students and Alumni for the local Community
In 2013, "MIB DNA" was born—a project that marked the beginning of an important tradition for the School.
An MBA student organized a blood donation drive, bringing together the entire MIB student and alumni community in support of the local Blood Donors Association.
This experience gave rise to "MIB in the Community": each year, MBA students are challenged to conceive and execute a give-back project for the community, freely interpreting what it means to create value for the region that welcomes them.
Alumni are often actively involved in these initiatives, which embrace the entire MIB community and strengthen the bonds between current students and graduates.
MIB in the Community is far more than a volunteer activity. It's a formative experience that demonstrates how the act of giving enriches the giver, and that contributing to others fosters both personal and professional growth.
These projects are celebrated during the graduation ceremony, showcasing how MIB integrates management education with social responsibility throughout its programs.
