In accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) we inform you that the data related to your browser activity on our website is collected by the following means and for the following purposes.

1. Purpose, Scope, and Legal Basis of the Processing

The Data Controller processes the following data: Browser data: During normal operation, the computer systems and software that run the website collect some personal data automatically, the transmission of which is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols. This data is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature, could allow users to be identified. The processing is necessary to guarantee the operation of the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. Data voluntarily provided by the user: The optional, explicit, and voluntary submission of personal data by the user, including through the completion of information request forms present on this website, entails the subsequent acquisition by the Data Controller of the data provided by the sender. Said data is necessary for the provision of the requested service or the service available on the portal managed by the data controller, and/or to respond to inquiries, as well as for correlated administrative and accounting purposes. The legal basis is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party and/or the execution of pre contractual measures adopted at the data subject’s request.

2. Modalities and Duration of Processing

Pursuant to Article 5 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the data provided through the website will be:
  • processed by the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, and processed with adequate safety measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality;
  • collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes;
  • stored on paper forms and/or computing support, still electronic, protected and retained in compliance with the applicable legislation;
  • stored for the duration of the contract and subsequently, for the time required by law to serve any civil, fiscal or other purposes for which the data is processed.

3. Access to and Communication of Data

Data will be processed by the personnel authorized to manage the Website or the service offered in their role of data processors and/or system administrators, and by third party companies or other subjects (e.g.: banking institutions, insurance companies, professional firms, consultants, etc.) appointed as external service providers to carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller.

4. Data Transfer

Personal data is currently stored on servers located inside the European Union. The Data Controller reserves the right, if necessary, to transfer data to non-EU countries. In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that any personal data transfer to non-EU countries will occur in full compliance with applicable legal provisions.

5. Nature of data provision and the possible consequences of failure to provide personal data

The conferment of the personal data by the user through information forms is optional.

6. Data subject’s rights

Concerned data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation by the Data Controller regarding the processing of their personal data in due course and, in this case, have the right to:
  • obtain access to personal data;
  • rectification of inaccurate personal data and/or integration of incomplete data;
  • request the erasure of personal data, if possible, and/or restriction of processing;
  • object to the processing at any time;
  • data subjects have the right to portability where technically possible;
  • they also have the right to the withdraw of consent at any time, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Furthermore, data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
