Giorgio Valentinuz holds a tenured position at the University of Trieste as Researcher of Finance and he is adjunct professor of Advanced corporate finance and Entrepreneurial finance.
He holds a PhD in Accounting and is member of ADEIMF.
His current research areas range from entrepreneurial finance, company valuation, value creation, dividend policy and business planning.
