Federica Seganti, director of the Master in Insurance & Risk Management, the Corporate Master in Finance & Risk Management and part of the Core Faculty at MIB Trieste School of Management, has been reconfirmed as Chairwoman of Friulia Spa, the regional finance bank of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
Federica Seganti, who has held numerous prestigious positions in many private and public companies and enterprises, has also been a director of Eni since May 2023.
Her reappointment at the helm of Friulia was based on the excellent results achieved during her previous mandate.
In fact, during the shareholders' meeting to approve the 2023 financial statements, it emerged that Friulia closed with a profit for the year of EUR 121.4 million and completed 17 operations with a total disbursement of EUR 51 million.
Friulia also received significant recognition for its support of local SMEs and commitment to sustainable development, winning the ‘Italy of Merit’ and ‘Champions of Private Equity’ awards.
The rating agency Modefinance awarded Friulia the positive rating ‘S3’ for the results achieved in terms of environmental, social and governance sustainability.
