Onboarding MBA e MIRM
Kick-off Week in the classrooms of MIB Trieste School of Management that welcomed the students from the new editions of the MBA in International Business and the Master in Insurance & Risk Management.

The young participants started their experience with 5 stimulating onboarding days; they explored the themes and contents of the Masters, learned to distinguish the identity and the values of the School and, above all, started work on the cohesion of the group, under the guidance of exceptional facilitators such as Tim Baxter and Valeria Forzano, lecturers from the School's Leadership Dynamics area.

MBA & MIRM PROFILES

The profile of the MBA33 classroom is particularly qualified, with an average age of 32 and almost 8 years of work experience.
Experienced profiles with good professional seniority, with a varied background ranging from pharmaceutical and biomedical to industrial and engineering, from financial to legal, from marketing to international business, to social sciences and marketing. 56% of the classroom is made up of international participants from 15 countries.

The profile of the MIRM24 classroom, on the other hand, is particularly global, which this year welcomes 69% of international students from 18 different countries, with young people having an average age of 29 and 4.6 years of experience, and backgrounds that mainly refer to the economical-financial area, statistics, mathematics and science.

THE HYBRID FORUMULA

The most stimulating challenge that awaits the participants and the School will be the full consolidation of the hybrid version of the two classrooms, with numerous participants who have chosen, for the moment, to participate online.
The hybrid MIB model foresees synchronous sessions in which in-class and online students participate at the same time. With the possibility for each student to alternate between the two options.
The asynchronous modes are used only for in-depth studies, tutoring and recoveries.
The high-tech education infrastructures that the School has developed in recent years guarantee a full immersive experience for distance students. Teachers use cutting-edge training methodologies to ensure full integration between classroom and online groups, maintaining an even level of experience.

NEW CONTENTS

In terms of content, the programs have maintained their identity, widely appreciated and recognized globally both in terms of accreditations and rankings, but some lines of renewal have been identified to bring them closer to the needs of the international context: issues relating to ESG and Corporate Responsibility, Data Analytics and Business Innovation have been further developed within the Masters (in both Core and Elective sectors).
