The Group sits on the MIB Board of Directors and Corporate Steering Committee, it is a member of the Consortium, and it continuously develops training, talent scouting and recruiting with the School.
The collaboration with Fincantieri S.p.A. has led to the development of the fourth edition of the "New Management Program", a training program designed exclusively for Fincantieri's new managers.
The 2023 edition has just been launched.
The New Management Program aims to develop interpersonal skills, leadership attitude, agile approach and intrapreneurship of the new managers, who will play a vital role in promoting and driving the organizational change process ongoing into the company.
The new managers will be trained in an entrepreneurial mindset, preparing them to innovate existing businesses and processes to generate new value.
ESG training modules have been added to the curriculum this year, to help managers implement ESG strategies integrated into the organisation's business model.
