An occasion of celebration for participants representing ten different countries!
 
Through a momentous Graduation Ceremony, the Master in Insurance & Risk Management Class of 2023 celebrated the end of a challenging yet rewarding academic period, marking the inaugural edition to receive a Double Degree with the University of Trieste.
 
The diverse cohort from countries such as Italy, Moldavia, South Africa, India, France, Romania, Greece, Hungary, Honduras, and the USA gathered with friends and family in the main room of the School’s Ferdinandeo Palace to honour an important conclusion. The event was conducted by Maria Antonieta Barone, MIRM Program Manager, and officially started with a special welcome speech by our Dean, Andra Tracogna.
 
Federica Seganti, Director of the Master`s Program, addressed the graduates, acknowledging their dedication and commitment to excellence throughout their academic journey. Caterina Robba, former MIRM 2020 graduate, delivered a speech in representation of the MIB Alumni Association. She extended her congratulations to the new colleagues and emphasized the importance of the robust network and support provided by the MIB Alumni Community.
 
Marking the ceremony, the insightful speech by our distinguished guest speaker Enrico San Pietro, Insurance General Manager at Gruppo Unipol and UnipolSai. He addressed the graduates with a spiring speech passionately emphasizing the significance and pivotal role of the insurance sector. We firmly believe his intervention left the audience with a profound appreciation of the dynamic and vital nature of the insurance sector in today’s ever-evolving world.
 
As for the event’s protagonists, they also shared their gratitude and fond memories of their experiences in the MIRM Program through speeches by Cristiana Cavalieri and Mario Angelelli as representatives.
 
A nice aperitif was the perfect occasion to conclude the ceremony and bid farewell their time in our classrooms. To the MIRM class of 2023: we extend our congratulations for your commitment throughout your journey at the School and our sincerest wishes for a future filled with remarkable achievements. We know this is not a goodbye but an “arrivederci” since MIB Trieste will always be your home.
