Global Inclusion 2022. To break down borders and cultural dualisms

Representatives from MIB Trieste will share their experience

Global Inclusion 2022 - the event

Global Inclusion 2022
Firday 29 November, 9:00 am - Milan & Online

“Without distinction of sex, race, language, religion, political opinions, personal and social conditions”
Art. 3 of the Italian Constitution

MIB Trieste School of Management is proud to be part of Global Inclusion 2022, the event dedicated to fully implementing the principles of article 3 of the Italian Constitution.

War and nationalisms are rebuilding barriers that globalization wanted to break down. But where do one community end and another begin?
Where is the line between genders and sexes, ability and disability, the suburbs and the centre? By moving from a culture that excludes to one that includes, we can develop a new strategy to restart growth. Indeed, only an ecosystem capable of valuing differences and recognizing plurality could face the challenges of this decade. The event also wants to promote participation to transform the work into a space for dialogue and discussion.

It is sponsored by the European Commission representation in Italy, promoted by Il Sole 24 Ore and by the Committee involved in the implementation of the principles of equality of the Italian Constitution, in partnership with the Italian Association for Personnel Management.
During the event, speakers from Rio de Janeiro, Muscat, Maseru, Cape Town, Tel Aviv, Tokyo, Abu Dhabi, Lviv, Brussels and Stockholm will join.

MIB Trieste School of Management fully supports the principles promoted by the organizing committee: representatives of the School will share their experience of multiculturalism and integration.
The Dean Andrea Tracogna will join, together with Kgomotso Mamello Motshidi (Alumna MBA 22) and Trang Nguyen Nhu and Matías Figueroa Icaza (students MBA 33). Their speeches are scheduled at 4:35 pm.
