MIB Alumni Talks:

Tthe new initiative of the MIB Alumni Association

MIB Alumni Talks, the new series to growth with the Alumni Association

MIB Alumni Talks

MIB Trieste School of Management is pleased to announce a new initiative by the Alumni Association in collaboration with the School, the "MIB Alumni Talks" series, an ambitious project that aims at strengthening the connection between Alumni and promoting the sharing of knowledge and experiences worldwide, as well as spreading the brand of our business school.

The "MIB Alumni Talks" are thematic events that will take place in different cities in Italy and around the world, starting from three cities in the Triveneto region. These meetings will offer MIB alumni, and managers and professionals who wish to attend, the opportunity to meet, discuss and explore relevant topics in the international business landscape and beyond.

Each event will feature one or more presentations by speakers, selected from among MIB Alumni and other Executives, recognised in their field. Some meetings will also feature panel discussions and Q&A sessions, allowing participants to interact directly with the speakers and with each other, exchanging ideas, opinions and best practices.

The conclusion of each event will be a networking aperitif, a leisure moment designed to encourage the creation of new professional contacts and strengthen existing ones, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Fiume Veneto (Pordenone), Fri. 21st June - 6:45 pm cest

A perspective on Italy's economic and financial transition"

Giorgio Filipetto will be the speaker of the next Alumni Talk in Pordenone: MBA graduate at MIB, Banker and Financial Advisor at Banca Mediolanum, CFA chartholder and CQF, Giorgio has more than twenty years of experience in London in professional investment management for insurance companies, banks and hedge funds, as well as specific expertise in Fintech and wealth advisory.

Together we will discuss demography as a science and the Italian demographic situation in the global context:
  • Referring to the 57th Censis report, we will analyse the profound effects of Italy's demographic transition on the country's social, welfare, economic and financial structure;
  • We will see how the future is no longer a matter of time but of choices. Choices that require unavoidable changes in the protection and efficient management of the country's savings and resources.
