The ceremony marks the completion of the MBA journey for a class bringing together participants from 14 countries, with a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds spanning economics and management, engineering, physics, marketing, political science, design and other scientific disciplines.
This diversity reflects one of the defining features of the MIB MBA: bringing different experiences, cultures and perspectives into the same classroom and creating opportunities for exchange within a truly international learning environment.
The MBA in International Business is internationally accredited by AMBA – Association of MBAs and nationally by ASFOR. Through MIB’s collaboration with the University of Trieste, participants can also earn a double degree officially recognised by the Italian Ministry of University and Research.
The ceremony will be held entirely in English.

Guest Speaker: Roberta Marracino
Joining the Graduation Day as Guest Speaker will be Roberta Marracino, Talent Lead for Accenture Italy and Greece and an Alumna of MIB’s MBA in International Business.
Her return to Palazzo Ferdinandeo brings a special perspective to the day.
Having experienced the MBA journey herself, Marracino will address the graduating class and share insights from a career that has taken her from the MBA classroom to positions of significant responsibility across international organisations and contexts.
ROBERTA MARRACINO
Talent Lead for Accenture Italy & Greece
Alumna MBA
Roberta Marracino is Talent Lead for Accenture Italy and Greece, where she supports organisations in the transformation of work, workforce, skills and organisational models. She is part of the Accenture Italy leadership team and reports to CEO Teodoro Lio.She joined Accenture in 2022, previously leading the Strategy Consulting team and contributing to the definition and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives, including in the ESG space, within the financial services sector.
Throughout her career, Roberta has gained extensive experience in strategic consulting, financial institutions and transformation programmes.
Before joining Accenture, she was Head of ESG Strategy and Impact Banking at UniCredit Group, where she led the development and implementation of the Group’s ESG and Social Impact Banking strategy.
She previously served as a Board Member of BPER Group and held executive roles at Zurich Insurance and SACE, as well as gaining extensive experience at McKinsey & Company.
Roberta has also championed and founded several non-profit initiatives, including Associazione Valore D, focused on women’s empowerment, and Studio Ergo Lavoro and Push to Open, both dedicated to younger generations.
She is also a Board Member of Fondazione Italiana Accenture, active in social integration and youth employment inclusion, and o f Accademia Teatro alla Scala.
Born in Udine, she graduated in Economics from the University of Trieste and holds an MBA in International Business from MIB School of Management.
