Interactive workshops for maximum involvement of its resources: this is the solution designed by MIB Trieste for the talents of GPQ, owner of the WiQo brand, a family business founded in Trieste in 1994, a pioneer in the field of aesthetic medicine. WiQo® distributes dermo-cosmetic products and revolutionary medical devices born in the company's laboratories in Trieste in more than 50 countries worldwide, from Japan to the United States.
The Lean Master GPQ program was designed with the idea of touching the main decision-making elements of a manager, from strategic vision and scenarios to marketing, handling skills in fundamental areas such as communication and financial statements.
It will also focus on teamwork processes to facilitate organizational change management in the company. Participants will be encouraged to act beyond their comfort zone in interaction with teachers and work colleagues, which will see them as protagonists during classroom learning.
The main objective is to acquire essential knowledge and tools for a managerial role in an integrated view of the business and a relational ability that allows them to more effectively govern their teams and relationships with other company operational areas.
