A major milestone for the participants of the 14th edition of the Executive Master in Insurance & Finance at MIB Trieste School of Management.
The Graduation Day marks the culmination of an intense and challenging journey, during which insurance and finance professionals deepened their expertise and built new growth opportunities. A special moment to celebrate commitment, resilience, and the value of the network they've built together.
The 2025 - 2026 edition brought together professionals from some of the sector's leading organizations, including Generali Group, Allianz Spa, Gruppo Poste, Reale Mutua, Relyens Mutual Insurance, and Engineering Group.
Participants represent a wide range of key functions across insurance and financial services, reflecting the growing cross-disciplinary demands of the industry. Roles include, among others, Head of Climate Change & UW Support, International Tax Manager, Cybersecurity Manager, Life Pricing Actuary, ALM and Strategic Asset Allocation Actuary, Group ERM Actuary, Insurance Operations Manager, Legal Counsel, and Head of Delivery & Demand Planning, alongside specialists in risk management, internal audit, automation, and business process analysis.
The ceremony closes a journey that has guided participants through the most pressing challenges facing the insurance sector today: from risk management to ESG and climate change, from digital transformation to cybersecurity, through to new operational and governance models.

Keynote Speaker
This year we are honored to welcome Virginia Borla as our Keynote Speaker, one of the most prominent figures in the Italian insurance landscape. CEO and General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni and Head of the Insurance Division at Intesa Sanpaolo, she plays a key role in shaping the strategic development of one of Europe's leading bancassurance operators.

Virginia Borla, 46, was born in Turin and has been part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group since 2000, when she also began her studies in Business Administration.
Over the years she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, until her appointment in April 2024 as CEO and General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni.
She currently serves as Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of ANIA, and is a member of the Conference of European Bancassurers.
