GeoAdriatico Symposium
MIB Trieste is pleased to host one of the conferences of the annual GeoAdriatico Symposium, organized by Vitale Onlus in collaboration with the University of Trieste.
The event spans three days and features the exceptional participation of around 100 speakers, who will take part in various conferences distributed across our region.
One of the sessions, titled "Red Sea and Middle East Crisis: the challenge of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and logistics" will be held on June 13 in the Ferdinandeo Palace Hall, the School's headquarters. The conference will be introduced by Professor Vladimir Nanut, CEO and Founder of MIB Trieste. Professor Nanut will kick off the event with a welcome speech, emphasizing the importance of synergy between educational institutions and non-profit organizations in addressing the environmental and geographical challenges of the Adriatic region.
The GeoAdriatico conference serves as a crucial meeting point for experts, academics, and professionals, who will engage in discussions on key issues related to environmental sustainability and territorial development.
During the second day of the symposium, on June 14, another faculty member of the School, Stefano Pilotto, Head of International Relations, will also intervene. Pilotto will give a presentation titled "Eastern Europe: the Italian economy supporting integration and growth" providing an in-depth analysis of Italy's role in promoting economic integration and growth in the Eastern European region.
The GeoAdriatico event, now in its fourth edition, continues to be a highly relevant platform for discussion and exchange of ideas, promoting international cooperation and scientific research.
