Open to young graduates holding EU citizenship, born in 1999 or later, with a degree in Economics or a quantitative discipline (Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial and Statistical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics) and a good command of English and one additional foreign language beyond their mother tongue. The recipient will complete a six-month paid internship at Generali's headquarters starting mid-June 2027.

Aimed at a high-achieving candidate holding at least a Bachelor's degree — preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Management or STEM disciplines — born in 1999 or later, with a strong motivation to pursue a career in the insurance sector. Full-time, in-person attendance is required. Professional experience, digital skills and international exposure are considered preferential requirements.

Reserved for Italian citizens holding a Master's degree in Engineering, Actuarial and Statistical Sciences, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or related STEM fields, born on or after 1 January 1998. Final-year students expected to graduate by December 2026 are also eligible. A thesis related to the insurance sector is considered a preferential requirement.
