The 25th edition of the Executive MBA has just kicked off: 39 Executives from all over Italy with different backgrounds, experiences, sectors, and positions, but with one great ambition: to redesign their future in this moment of great uncertainty.
The new edition will be among the most challenging and stimulating ever, due to the external scenario in which it takes place: the participants are asked to be flexible, passionate and committed to adapting to the continuous changes in a complex environment regulated by VUCA dynamics.
The EMBA starts with the kick-off week, managed by the Leadership Development Team; a week filled with new people, new experiences, and the opening of a new way of thinking, learning and leading.
Members of the new class begin working in their Learning Teams and participate in many activities that bring the entire group together as a true cohort.
The Program Manager Diego Vendramini presents the new edition: "We are very satisfied with the outgoing edition. We have 39 participants in the classroom, I would say a good result. Overall, the classroom has a profile aligned with previous years. The composition is eclectic, with a predominance of graduates in Engineering; we have many participants from Economics and STEM, this degree is progressively growing over the years. Triveneto is still prevalent in terms of origin, but many participants come from various Italian regions and also from abroad. It is a senior classroom, very challenging, with an average age of over 39 and a great deal of high-level professional experience".
EMBA 25, welcome onboard!
