The 16th edition of the Executive Master in Insurance & Finance (EMIF) has officially launched with its Kick-off Week.
The new cohort brings together professionals from some of Italy's most prominent insurance organisations, including Gruppo Generali, Allianz, Poste Vita and Poste Assicura, Alleanza Assicurazioni, Unipol Assicurazioni and ITAS Mutua, alongside brokers, consultants and managers from across the industry value chain.
EMIF is the only Executive Master in Italy dedicated entirely to Insurance & Finance, designed to strengthen sector expertise and develop advanced managerial capabilities.

Delivered over 24 months in a part-time hybrid format and based in Milan, EMIF covers the full scope of insurance management with a clear focus on the forces reshaping the industry - AI, data analytics, sustainability and agile organisation.
The 16th edition opened with a three-day Warm Up: a dedicated phase designed to lay the relational and methodological groundwork for the programme ahead.
Sessions focused on leadership, high-performance teamwork, trust management and time management: the cross-functional skills that will underpin the entire EMIF experience.
