Managers from major multinational companies, SME executives, entrepreneurs, and consultants.
The 2025 Executive MBA edition has launched this week: 30 executives from across Italy, with diverse backgrounds, experiences, roles, sectors, and positions, united by a common goal: to grow and transform their professional journey.
The cohort brings together high-level seniority and diverse profiles. Managers from major multinational companies - from Sony to Leonardo, from Infineon to Generali, and Electrolux - work alongside SME executives, entrepreneurs, and consultants, creating a multiplicity of perspectives and skills that adds significant value for all participants.
"The EMBA program began with a kick-off week, coordinated by our team," explains Gabriella Iacono, Head of EMBA Personal Development. "Participants are exploring the Master's themes and content while getting to know the School's identity and values. But most importantly, this immersion is opening the door to an innovative approach to thinking and learning – concepts that will develop throughout the two-year program."
To begin this journey, managers are participating in activities that bring the team together through challenges and new discoveries: "We're working to promote collaboration and creative problem-solving," Iacono continues. "These are crucial days for building group cohesion and laying the foundation for working effectively together over the next two years."
The Executive MBA, now in its 28th edition, follows a weekend format in Pordenone, with several residential weeks at the School's Trieste campus.
