Different stories, different experiences, but the same driving determination bring together the 34 participants of Executive MBA 2023, who will celebrate the achievement of their important milestone on Friday, November 10.
It was a journey that lasted 23 months, a lot of hard work and dedication to obtain the MBA Diploma and make an important turning point in their professional lives and beyond.
The Executive MBA, in addition to representing the highest standard in management education, enhanced by AMBA accreditation, has in fact been an extraordinary-shared adventure, creating a united and cohesive group and transforming individual participants into skilled and responsible leaders.
Friday will be a time to celebrate the participants who have completed this journey; the moment will be enriched by the presence of Cristian Fabbri, Executive Chairman of Hera Group, as guest speaker.
MIB Trieste School of Management will be pleased to open its doors to participants, family, friends and colleagues to celebrate this important milestone together!

CRISTIAN FABBRI
Executive Chairman, Hera Group
Cristian Fabbri joined Hera Group in 2005 as Head of Strategic Planning; over the years he held increasing responsibilities, eventually becoming Market Group Manager. He was also CEO of the subsidiaries Hera Comm and Est Energy and a member of the Boards of Directors of other Group companies.
In April 2023, Fabbri succeeded Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano, who remained in office for 21 years, as Group Executive Chairman.
Hera is one of Italy's leading multi-utility companies: ranked No. 1 for waste treated, No. 2 for water billed, and No. 3 for gas and electricity sold.
In addition to being a company of great financial solidity (it ended 2022 with a net profit of 372.3 million euros), Hera shares a strategic vision marked by sustainability, inclusiveness and attention to social issues.
