The 24th edition starts with a full classroom
Here we are, with a new beginning.
Beginnings always bring enthusiasm: it is a new journey, shared, intense, challenging. But who knows how to give emotions and results up to achieving an internationally recognized Master of Business Administration diploma, accredited by the Association of MBAs-AMBA.
The 36 participants who are meeting today live their "first day" in a new world, between mutual knowledge, the presentation of the EMBA Team, the discovery of Palazzo Ferdinandeo. We start with some Leadership Dynamics activities, which break the ice and ensure that the workgroups begin together. Because working together, there will be a lot to do. The new edition has an average age of 40, comes from 8 regions of Italy, with 13 years of professional experience in well-diversified sectors.
The heterogeneity of backgrounds within the classroom is one of the critical factors where learning is maximized and shared with trainers and one's classmates.
A good start and good work, everyone!
The concrete approach, the supervision of the most current issues (from Digital Transformation to Intrapreneurship), and the attention dedicated to individual participants with individual coaching paths allow transforming life and career prospects in just over a year. The international accreditation Association of MBAs (AMBA) - the highest recognition for MBAs - certifies the quality standard of the Master.
