"New Management Program 21" - the 2021 edition of the training program developed for the new managers of Fincantieri S.p.a. has just been launched.
Fincantieri S.p.A. confirms the choice of MIB Trieste School of Management as a privileged partner for the development of the managerial skills of its new managers.
The collaboration with Fincantieri S.p.A. has led to the development of the third edition of the “New Management Program”, a training program designed exclusively for Fincantieri's new managers.
The program, organized in 7 training modules, aims to develop interpersonal skills, leadership mindset and intrapreneurship of the new managers, who will play a vital role in promoting and facilitating the change management process ongoing into the company.
Starting the year with training for new managers is also a message of positivity and trust in the future.
Due to health restrictions, the training program starts remotely, but each module can be delivered online or in person, adapting to the contingent health regulations.
