The edition n° 23 of the Executive MBA kicks off today: 36 Executives from all over Italy with different backgrounds, experiences, sectors, and positions, but with one great ambition: to redesign their future in this moment of great uncertainty.
The new EMBA edition will be among the most challenging and stimulating ever, due to the external scenario in which it starts: the participants are asked to be flexible, passionate and committed to adapt to new situations almost every day. Nevertheless, this will make the final goal even more satisfying.
To comply with the national health regulations, the Executive MBA starts with an online kick-off week, managed by the School's Leadership Development team.
The School strongly believes in the value of interaction and of experiential learning in the classroom, but over the years, has developed an advanced system for distance learning that can complement or replace in-person lessons completely.
The combination of hardware, software and educational process design will ensure an immersive and complete interactive experience to our new EMBA participants.
The flexibility of the School, which can manage in-campus, hybrid and online classrooms at the same time, will guarantee an immediate return to the classroom training as soon as the regulations will allow.
