Full Speed up Program
The first edition of the new Full Speed Up Program for Autamarocchi Spa is at the starting line.
The project is addressed to young talented employees and it aims at developing their managerial competences and improve the work processes and performances.
The program will last 11 months and it includes 7 courses focused on the most important managerial skills: from strategy to marketing, to organization and leadership.
