- Citizenship: China (including Taiwan - Province of China)
- Academic degree (Bachelor or Master's Degree) in Economics or in a Technical - Scientific subject;
- Attendance at World MBA Tour Shanghai
- Good working knowledge of English
- Less than 32 years old as of 31st December 2021
