Recruiting & head hunting
MIB offers partner companies the opportunity to identify, select
and recruit international talent, with Master or MBA degrees having a junior or senior experience.
Our Career Service offers consultancy for recruiting the best profiles from our Masters and MBAs
Partner companies have the first choice of our students; they
can intervene as early as the admission phase to outline the
characteristics they are looking for in a candidate (country of
origin, education, age, experience, etc…).
Companies can evaluate the potential of our candidates through internships. During internships the candidate will carry out a research or consultancy project, approved and directly supervised by company representatives. The internship can be remunerated by the company or be undertaken without remuneration, according to prior agreements with the candidate.
Companies can support high-potential candidates with a
strong CV offering Scholarships, in the form of partial or
total exemption from tuition fees for Masters and MBAs.
Companies awarding scholarships can have the first choice in selecting profiles matching their requirements.
The school's Alumni network, which includes many senior managers, is an another source of recruiting for companies which seek experienced managerial profiles.
